Treacle cured salmon, potato and horseradish pancake, charred leeks vinaigrette, cream cheese, dill

Jerusalem artichoke velouté, truffled gouda macaroni cheese


Turkey saltimbocca, garlic and rosemary brioche pudding, stir fried sprouts

Butter roast hake,  creamed cabbage, cauliflower cheese croquette,  black pudding crumbs

Spiced chick pea fritter, roast cauliflower, curried coconut broth


Espresso Martini tiramisu

Blood orange and custard trifle, warm donut

 Selection of Cornish cheese with toasted pecan and cranberry sourdough
